ShoreTel Inc. hiring 150 workers in Austin, TX over the next two years

The Austin Business Journal reports Internet phone technology and services company ShoreTel Inc. is hiring in Austin. The company plans to hire 150 workers over the next two years.

The California-based company located at 6500 River Place Blvd. is expanding to accommodate 300 workers.

A spokesperson said the new jobs will fall in engineering, customer service call center, training and development departments. The company will host a ribbon-cutting for the expanded facility Aug. 18 at 1 p.m.
