DigCS – Groundbreaking event for the new Bill & Melinda Gates Computer Science Complex and the Dell Computer Science Hall

It’s tonight! Join the Department of Computer Science (UTCS), the College of Natural Sciences (CNS) and The University of Texas at Austin (UT) to celebrate the DigCS groundbreaking event for the new Bill & Melinda Gates Computer Science Complex and the Dell Computer Science Hall.

A street fair with student and corporate booths, Rock Band® stages, Arc Attack performing and a groundbreaking ceremony will be held on the Speedway Pedestrian Mall in front of the former Taylor Hall.

Join us to celebrate this historic and critical milestone in UTCS’s journey to its new home, scheduled for completion in 2012-13. Costumes optional, clothing required!

Parking is self-serve. Parking passes and garage ticket validation will not be available. Please expect road closures and delays.
